Samuel Shusterhoff founded The Shusterhoff Law Firm after serving as litigation counsel in Wilson Elser’s national transportation practice group, representing national trucking companies, public and private railroads, aviation companies, bus lines, fleet carriers, and taxi and limousine companies.  While at Wilson Elser, one of the nations leading defense litigation law firms, he litigated and managed a diverse range of complex civil claims in the areas of transportation, construction defect, general and product liability, and high-exposure workers’ compensation. Samuel worked with numerous commercial trucking companies, retail chains, property owners and insurance companies. In addition to handling high-exposure bodily injury and wrongful death lawsuits throughout New York State, Samuel also managed litigation handled by Wilson Elser attorneys and local counsel across the country.
